During our puppy yoga sessions, you will have the opportunity to do 20 minutes of pure yoga with a yoga instructor, 35 minutes of yoga surrounded by lovely puppies, and 5 minutes of relaxation and meditation to close the sessions.

We host our sessions in different yoga studios in Jumeirah and Al Safa in Dubai. For Abu Dhabi sessions, we are located in The Bridge Wellness Hub in Al Qana.

Not at all! Whether you are a yoga beginner or a yoga expert, you are welcome to join our puppy yoga sessions! Our fabulous instructors will adapt each session to ensure they are suitable for everyone. Also, we won’t be offended if you just want to play with the pups!

No, it is not allowed to bring your own puppy. We will be providing the puppies ourselves to ensure the safety and health of both the puppies and the participants.

Each session is 1 hour long: 20 minutes of pure yoga with a yoga instructor, 35 minutes of yoga surrounded by lovely puppies and 5 minutes of relaxation and meditation. The perfect combo to release stress!

We try to have at least 1 puppy every two people. The exact number of puppies depends also on the capacity of the yoga studio we host the puppy yoga session in. 

There can be between 10-20 attendees, depending on the capacity of the yoga studio we host the puppy yoga session in. 

Our puppies come either from shelters or from selected, ethical kennels in the UAE. Whether we work with shelters or kennels, our priority is to ensure our partners prioritize the health and well-being of the puppies.

Our puppy yoga sessions help the puppies’ socialization process, starting interactions with humans and reducing separation anxiety from their mom. Our aim is to increase the puppies’ visibility and help them find a new home!

The puppies are young and still learning, so accidents during the sessions may occur. In the occurrence of any accidents, one of our staff members will be there to assist with cleaning. 

You may cancel a session with a 72-hour notice ahead of the date and time of your scheduled session, by emailing us at info@yoppy.ae. If a cancellation is not made in accordance with this clause, the YOPPY Session will not be refunded nor will any compensation be payable

At Yoppy’s discretion, you may be able to switch the date and/or time slot of your session by contacting us at us at info@yoppy.ae or on our Instagram page at least 72 hours prior to original date and time slot. Alternative date and/or time slot will be subject to availability.

If you haven’t received your booking confirmation within 30 minutes from the purchase, please make sure you check your junk and spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact us at info@yoppy.ae or on our Instagram page

Access to the class will not be possible after 5 minutes from the start, in order not to disturb the other participants. Hence, we highly encourage to arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the puppy yoga sessions.
