Our sessions consist of 20 minutes of pure yoga with a yoga instructor, followed by 35 minutes of yoga surrounded by lovely puppies and 5 minutes of relaxation and meditation. The perfect combo to release stress!
While the puppies are in the room, the yoga instructor will continue the yoga lesson. It’s totally up to you whether you prefer to participate in the yoga session or stop to cuddle and play with the puppies that surround you. Do what benefits your well-being the most!
Yoga with your Dog
Enjoy 1 hour of guided yoga led by our certified instructor while your dog roams and plays freely in the room. It’s the perfect bonding experience for you and your furry friend.
Dog parents are fully responsible for their dog’s behaviour during the session. Kindly bring your own yoga mat and your dog’s up-to-date vaccination records
Kitten Yoga
Unwind in the most purr-fect way with our 1-hour kitten yoga sessions! Step into a peaceful space where playful, cuddly kittens are already roaming freely as you arrive. Let their calming presence and curious energy elevate your yoga practice.
Who Can Participate
We allow attendees from 14+ years old only to ensure the safety of the puppies and kittens.
You do not have to be good at yoga. Our classes cater for all abilities and our yoga instructor is always there to teach and help. Whether it’s your 1st time or your 100th time in a yoga studio, you’re welcome to join!
We recommend that participants join our yoga sessions only if they are comfortable and at ease around dogs and/or cats.
What To Bring
For puppy yoga and kitten yoga sessions, we will provide yoga mats for everyone. For yoga with your dog sessions, please bring your own mat.
Feel free to bring your phone into the studio to capture and preserve these amazing memories, but please be aware that it’s at your own risk in case of any potential damage and please be respectful towards other people.
Size Of The Class
The number of participants varies between 10 to 20 people depending on the capacity of the yoga studio.
The number of puppies and kittens depends on each session, we try to ensure at least one puppy or kitten every two people.
