Join one of our yoga sessions!

Our 1-hour yoga sessions consist of:

  • 20 minutes of pure yoga with a coach
  • 35 minutes of yoga surrounded by lovely puppies or kittens
  • 5 minutes of relaxation and meditation


This is the perfect combo to release stress!

While the puppies or kittens are in the room, the yoga instructor will continue the yoga lesson. It’s your choice whether you prefer to continue practicing yoga or stop to cuddle and play with the puppies. Do what benefits your well-being the most!
