At Yoppy, we combine the physical benefits of yoga enhanced with the serotonin boost from interaction with puppies, which is proved to improve your mental health. During our puppy yoga sessions, you will have the opportunity to do 20 minutes of pure yoga with a yoga instructor, 35 minutes of yoga surrounded by lovely puppies, and 5 minutes of relaxation and meditation to close the sessions.

Attendees must be 14+
We provide yoga mats for all sessions of puppy yoga, rescue dog yoga, and kitten yoga. For sessions of yoga with your dog, please bring your own yoga mat.
We can cancel or reschedule your ticket, provided we receive at least a 72 hours notice

Our puppies come from partner rescue organizations or ethical kennel. All of our pups are looking for a lovely home
You can find tickets in our website. Look for the button “Book Now” to secure your slot. You can’t buy a ticket at the location directly as we always sell out in advance!
We host our sessions in different yoga studios in Dubai and in Abu Dhabi, check the specific event ticket to know more about the location
Not at all! Whether you are a yoga beginner or a yoga expert, you are welcome to join our puppy yoga sessions! Our fabulous instructors will adapt each session to ensure they are suitable for everyone. Also, we won’t be offended if you just want to play with the pups!
We try to have at least 1 puppy every two people. The exact number of puppies depends also on the capacity of the yoga studio we host the puppy yoga session in.
Our puppy yoga sessions help the puppies’ socialization process, starting interactions with humans and reducing separation anxiety from their mom. Our aim is to increase the puppies’ visibility and help them find a new home!
